The Guadalupe County Fair Association is a private nonprofit organization that works in partnership with NMSU Guadalupe County Extension Service. The Guadalupe County Fair Association is not formally affiliated with NMSU Cooperative Extension Service.

Vendors

There are lots of fun things to buy and tasty things to eat at the fair!

Vendors are located outside on property & inside the Armory Building.

Vendor Application

• Set up is Thursday, July 30 from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• The booth must be taken down no later than 12:00 on Sunday.
• Please provide your own tables/displays and make sure your area is left clean (trash thrown, etc.)
• Food vendors must have appropriate permits - as inspectors will check.
• The booth must be manned at all times; we are not responsible for lost/stolen items or damaged property.
• Space is on a first come first serve basis. (Your space is reserved upon receipt of the vendor fee)
